At 8 km of Sotogrande in the direction to the interior, in San Martín del Tesorillo, R.O.A. Procoinsa S.L. has purchased the plot "La Rociera" with a surface of 250.000 m2 on which it plans to build the Residential Age Care Facility for elderly people, and we are prepared to start the works as soon as the administration provides us with the obligatory municipal licence of the town-planning agreement signed by the town hall of Jimena.
As is the case with the already built Residential Age Care Facilities by R.O.A. Procoinsa and promoted by La Casa Grande, its project consists of a Central Office aimed at Residential Age Care Facility. Around the Residential Age Care Facility 20 apartments will be constructed mainly for relatives and clients of residents in the Residential Age Care Facility or for people who wish to live very close to them.
Above that, and in the same project, on the total surface of La Rociera there will be built an urbanisation which will lead to the division into 100 plots of 1.200m2 with a constructed surface of 250m2 each.
