The first target of R.O.A. PROCOINSA S.L as a construction company and LA CASA GRANDE as a commercializer was the construction and promotion of Residential Age Care Facilities in Andalusia, starting with Baena, Marbella and Estepona already finished. We are awaiting the approval of the project by the local authorities in order to start the construction of the Residential Age Care Facility “La Rociera” in Sotogrande (Cadiz).
